Press release, Skellefteå, April 4, 2022: IT consultants, Data Ductus, have acquired Swedish consulting company Complit, which specializes in quality assurance, system development and project management. With this acquisition, the Data Ductus Group will now have 350 employees.

Data Ductus has been a minority owner of Complit for some years and has now taken the decision to acquire the company in its entirety. Complit is located in the same town as Data Ductus, Skellefteå in northern Sweden.
“This feels like the natural step for us to take,” says Rickard Åström, Data Ductus CEO. “We have a lot in common and support some of the same customers. Complit will strengthen our offering within quality assurance for software development. I’m looking forward to welcoming our new colleagues and working together to create smart solutions for a sustainable future for our clients.”
For the moment, Complit will continue to operate under the same brand name and management as before. However, during spring, the company will move into the Data Ductus offices in Skellefteå.

The need for digital, automation and IT services has increased phenomenally in the past few years, which has led to this, and the other recent acquisitions made by Data Ductus in the past month.
“Through this acquisition, we increase our skillset and capacity to deliver customer-oriented solutions. We will continue to recruit talented people throughout the year and expect to grow our headcount by at least 30 in Sweden alone,” concludes Åström.
