The walk-up Service Desk in Haninge municipality is taking shape! Here’s from last week’s opening ceremony of the new office space.
We have the pleasure of helping this client set up and run the organization, processes and system support needed to successfully establish a multi-sourcing environment. This includes implementing a service model called Service Integration and Management (SIAM). Soon this will go live!
