Press release, Skellefteå, June 12, 2018: Data Ductus has secured a contract for a further three years as the sole Service Desk provider to LKAB, the international Mining company headquartered in Luleå, northern Sweden.
The contract includes the maintenance and development of LKAB’s Service Desk function as well as the management of support software.
“We are extremely proud and happy that LKAB continue to put their trust in Data Ductus and look forward to further developing and improving the Service Desk function over the coming three years,” says Urban Lundmark, Data Ductus Chairman of the Board.
The contract is a confirmation of Data Ductus’s experience and position in the market when it comes to providing an agile and proactive Service Desk function to large and complex organizations that operate in a multi-sourcing environment.
“By having our own staff onsite, we have become an integral part of a customer’s organization and can thus provide a much better service to all stakeholders,” continues Lundmark.
The new Service Desk agreement will start from November 1st, 2018.
